Have you come across the #8penquestions yet?

Here is a brief introduction and history of the questions…

Created in 2023, @Seemownay and @LianeLikes published the #8penquestions on YouTube inviting people to join in to answer the following:

1. When and how did your Fountain Pen Journey begin?

2. Favorite inks in the beginning? What are your go-to inks now?

3. How have your ink and pen tastes changed over time?

4. Are there inks & pens that you have yet to try but would like to?

5. What is your Holy Grail Pen?

6. How many pens do you currently own?

7. Do you have a limit on pens (or inks) in your collection? Is it a number? Is it a feeling? When do you know that you have reached your maximum?

8. Consequently, what would you do if another pen/ink came along?

In 2024, they again invited everyone to participate for the #8penquestions anniversary train!

Now, in 2025, @Seemownay and her Discord members came up with the newly updated #8morepenquestions2025:

1. Do you have different pens for different uses?

2. How do you decide which pens & inks to use next?

3. Which pen do you prefer for longer writing sessions?

4. What is your all-time favorite pen?

5. If you had to choose one nib size, which would it be?

6. What is your favorite nib grind?

7. If you could only use one ink for the rest of your life, what would it be?

8. What is an absolute deal breaker for a pen? for an ink?
